Photos: Anna Nicole Smith. According to unsealed court documents, they might have been reminiscing over their seemingly steamy interludes with the buxom blonde. In a series of photos found on Smith's laptop, Eroshevich and Smith appeared naked in a tub together, according to an affidavit referenced by the Los Angeles Times. Those photos were taken two months before Smith died in of a toxic cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs. And in a video aired on Inside Edition, a shirtless Kapoor was caught "kissing and nuzzling" Smith, the paper reported. Did those incidents, clearly well out of the scope of a doctor patient relationship, cloud the judgment of Smith's doctors? And how much more hanky-panky went on that was not inconveniently captured on camera? In part, that is what a California court will have to unravel as the state pursues its case against Eroshevich, Kapoor and Smith's boyfriend and attorney Howard K. Stern, who are alleged to have helped the model obtain the drugs which eventually killed her. All three pleaded not guilty May 13 to conspiring to illegally provide her with controlled substances.
